What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a popular and effective way to straighten your teeth without the use of traditional braces. Using removable, transparent aligners (as seen to the left), Invisalign straightens your teeth without the use of metal wires or brackets. Invisalign has a proven track record of successful teeth straightening nationwide. .

How Does Invisalign® Work?
Dr. Yampolsky will give you a set of aligners to wear for about 2 weeks. You'll keep them on most of the time, removing them only to brush, floss, eat, and drink.

When you come back to the office, you'll be given the next aligner in the series to replace it. Through this process your teeth will gradually move week by week, little by little- until they have straightened to the final position Dr. Yamposlky has prescribed. You'll visit Dr. Yampolsky about once every six weeks to make sure that your treatment is progressing correctly. Given our convenient NYC location, you can even plan to do some good shopping or dining after your appointment.

The total time required for treatment averages about 9-15 months, and during this time you'll go through an average of about 18 to 30 aligners (the exact number will depend on your individual situation).

The aligners are made through a combination of Dr. Yampolsky's expertise and amazing 3-D computer imaging technology.
